How is PICOWAVE® different from other laser treatments?

Is the treatment painful?
Most clients describe it as a light tingling or warm snapping sensation. It’s generally well-tolerated, even for those with sensitive skin. A cooling system can be applied if needed.
How many sessions do I need?
Visible results can be seen after just one session, but for optimal and long-lasting results, a series of 3–6 sessions is usually recommended depending on your skin condition and goals.
Is there any downtime?
PICOWAVE® is a non-invasive treatment with little to no downtime. Some clients may experience slight redness or mild sensitivity, which usually subsides within a few hours.

Yes! PICOWAVE® is safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin. Our therapists will assess your skin during the consultation to ensure it’s suitable for you.
When will I see results?
Many clients notice brighter, smoother skin immediately after the first session. Deeper improvements—such as fading of pigmentation and acne scars—can be seen progressively over the next few sessions.
Can I wear makeup after the treatment?
Yes, light makeup can usually be worn a few hours after the session, once any redness has subsided. However, it’s best to let your skin breathe for the rest of the day if possible.
